QUINN Contracting can provide a full range of standard and specialty tools and equipment as part of our Maintenance, Turnaround and Capital Project services. We maintain the ability to mobilize tools and necessary equipment to support a work scope of any size, from a fully manned tool crib to a small user-managed fully equipped gang box. Our relationship with preferred suppliers provides us with access to all types of motorized equipment as needed in support of work execution.
Fabrication Facilities
Based on what brings best value to our clients, QUINN provides fabrication services both on and offsite. We perform offsite fabrication at three locations - Blackfalds, Rocky Mountain House and Bonnyville.
Our Blackfalds facility maintains a fully equipped 3,500 square foot shop fabrication facility along with a five acre secure compound for large scale requirements. The fabrication facility in Rocky Mountain House area has a 10,000 square foot shop with overhead and mobile crane capabilities plus stationary and mobile welding equipment. Our most recent facility is a 6000 square feet mechanical shop and 6440 sqft. fabrication shop located in Bonnyville, Alberta. The fabrication shop has a 10 ton overhead crane. With 9 portable welding units, it is capable of utilizing rig welders. This facility has our QC/QA Program incorporated and we can hydro test our piping projects. Our equipment is capable to fabricate piping from 2” small bore to 48” piping spools.
