Michael Kulchisky MBA | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Michael Kulchisky joined Quinn Contracting as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2010. Mike brings 26-years of trades and industry experience to Quinn, from the shop floor to instruction, to management through to extensive experience in the disciplines of leadership and strategic & operational planning. With a mid-career MBA from Royal Roads University, Michael came to the organization from Red Deer College where he held the position of Academic Dean, Trades & Manufacturing Technologies for 11-years.

Dick Dornstauder B.Comm. | Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mr. Dick Dornstauder joined Quinn Contracting as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in September 2011. Dick leads the organization's Finance department and is responsible for all payroll, accounting, accounts payable & receivables, and financial reporting. With 28-years of finance experience, coupled with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Dick brings bench strength to the Quinn team in all areas of financial management, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and contract negotiations. Dick's prior posts have included senior finance positions at Apex Oilfield Services and the Red Deer Catholic Regional School Division.

George VanDorp | Director, Northern Operations
Mr. George Van Dorp has been with Quinn Contracting since 1988, and brings 24-years of industrial site maintenance experience in a wide-range of industrial work sites: oil and gas, including SAGD; petrochemical; and pulp & paper. Prior to his current role in the Lakeland District, George held the role of Director, Southern Operations. Previous senior positions at Quinn over the years have included, Parkland District General Manager and Vice President, People Services and 17-years on-site experience at Nova Chemicals Joffre. George is the primary liaison with key customers Nova Joffre; Husky Ram River; and Dow Prentiss. George holds Alberta Trade Certifications in plumbing, gasfitting A, steamfitting and electrical.

Paul Chapin MBA | Director, Business Development
Mr. Paul Chapin has been with Quinn Contracting since 2002, where he joined the operation as Business Process Leader. In his current role of Director, Business Development, Paul is responsible for business process and sales. Paul brings 26-years of business and strategic planning experience to the organization, coupled with a mid-career MBA from Athabasca University. Previous senior positions at Quinn have included HR, strategic development and logistics. Before joining Quinn, Paul held management positions at Chrysler Financial and G.E. Capital.

Stan Good MA | Director, Southern Operations / People Services
Mr. Stan Good has been with Quinn Contracting since 2008, where he joined the organization as Parkland General Manager. Before taking on the dual leadership role of Southern Operations/People Services, he held the role of Director, People Services. In addition to directing operations in both the Foothills and Parkland Districts, Stan is responsible for human resources and health, safety & environment. Stan brings 24-years' of organizational culture, organizational design and team development experience to the leadership team, in addition to holding numerous leadership positions in operations, maintenance and human resources, with Nova Chemicals and CCS Energy Services. Stan holds a Master of Arts in Management from JFK University in Orinda, California.

Janet Gilmore MBA | Director, Corporate Development & Marketing
Ms. Janet Gilmore joined Quinn Contracting in May 2011 and leads the organization's strategic planning, organizational development and marketing functions. Janet is also responsible for the organization's information technology team. Janet is an accomplished executive leader with a strong background in building and growing corporate/institution brands in both Canada and the United States. Janet brings over 27-years of business/marketing expertise to Quinn, combined with a mid-career MBA from Royal Roads University, and has strategically lead brand/marketing/business initiatives at Canadian Airlines, Transalta, ENMAX, Reliant Energy (Houston, TX) and Red Deer College.
