People: We invest heavily in the development of our people through the delivery of world class training such as Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations and Leadership for Safety Excellence. We provide a formalized Mentoring program for supervisory development, and we provide coaching with fully certified in-house coaches.

Tools: QUINN has a large and modern fleet of over 300 units, including many specialty units and cranes. Our tools and cribs are maintained to the highest standards.

Processes: We have developed and maintain a state-of-the-art Process improvement and communication system that captures, improves and communicates the key processes that define our business
